Novuna Vehicle Solutions completed the acquisition of Leasing Solutions from BNP Paribas.

Novuna Vehicle Solutions, a car finance and loan company, completed the acquisition of Leasing Solutions, a truck contract hire services provider, from BNP Paribas, a financial services and solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
