JD.com, an online direct sales company, agreed to acquire a 66.5% stake in Deppon Logistics, a logistics providing company, for $1.42bn. "The transaction is subject to a staggered acquisition arrangement and certain customary closing conditions, including relevant regulatory approvals," JD.com.
