Mercer France completed the acquisition of GeFi Assurance.

Mercer France, an international professional services firm, completed the acquisition of GeFi Assurance, a provider of brokerage and consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Strengthening ourselves with a new team is above all a human adventure and we are very happy to now have GeFi assurance employees among us. This merger will allow our MMB teams to accelerate our development in Paris and in the regions with companies of all sizes and in all sectors of activity," Vincent Harel, Mercer France President.
