Pancreta Bank to acquire Greek operations of HSBC.

Pancreta Bank, an operator of a cooperative bank in Greece, agreed to acquire Greek operations of HSBC, a bank. Financial terms were not disclosed. All staff members employed by HSBC Greece at completion of the potential transaction would transfer to Pancreta Bank as part of the sale. Completion of the potential transaction would be subject to regulatory approval and the potential transaction would be expected to complete in the first half of 2023.
