Stockdale Investment Group, a local property firm, agreed to acquire Knox Park Village, a shopping mall, from CIM Group, a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender and developer, and Open Realty Advisors, a real estate investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
