Staple Street Capital completed the acquisition of Garden State Bulb.

Staple Street Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Garden State Bulb, a wholesaler and supplier of flower bulbs catering to retailers and small businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. Garden State Bulb is a distributor and marketer of dormant flower bulbs and related products to leading retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart as well as over 7k independent garden centers across the country.
