Lyniate, a global healthcare data interoperability company, agreed to merge with NextGate, a pioneer in healthcare identity resolution and enterprise master person index. Financial terms are not disclosed. "The industry seeks interoperability solutions that integrate data and increase confidence in the meaning of that data as well.
