Booz Allen Hamilton completed the acquisition of EverWatch from Enlightenment Capital.

Booz Allen Hamilton, an American management and information technology consulting firm, completed the acquisition of EverWatch, a provider of advanced solutions to the defense and intelligence communities, from Enlightenment Capital, a private equity firm.
