Etisalat to acquire an additional 22% stake in Mobily for $2.1bn.

Etisalat, an Emirati-based multinational telecommunications services provider, offered to acquire an additional 22% stake in Mobily, a Saudi Arabian telecommunications services company, for $2.1bn. The Board of Directors considers it appropriate to proceed with discussing the terms and details of the potential offer with Etisalat Group.
