Unifique to acquire Sygo Internet for $44m.

Unifique, an internet operator, agreed to acquire Sygo Internet, a company which provides internet via fibre, for $44m. For Unifique, the purchase of Sygo represents an important increase in the geographic region where it operates in Rio Grande do Sul. The expansion of the network backbone will allow the company to offer new technologies and services, and reach a greater number of cities in the state with significant gains in scale in the Rio Grande do Sul operation.
