FCDE, a private equity general partner firm, completed the acquisition of Cobham Microwave, a manufacturer of radio frequency components and subsystems, from Cobham, a defense manufacturer of actuation and environmental systems and Advent International, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
