ACS Solutions, a global provider of information technology solutions and services, completed the acquisition of Diversant, an IT staffing firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company has over 1.3k IT professionals and supports clients in 46 states nationwide across its 13 office locations. Diversant was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Red Bank, New Jersey.
