Elliott Advisors completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Enra Specialist Finance from Exponent Private Equity.

Elliott Advisors, one of the oldest fund managers of its kind under continuous management, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Enra Specialist Finance, a property finance and specialist lending firm, from Exponent Private Equity, a private equity firm investing in UK headquartered businesses.
