Textron completed the acquisition of Pipistrel for $240m.

Textron, a multi-industry company, completed the acquisition of Pipistrel, an electrically powered aircraft, for $240m. “Pipistrel has already achieved what many other companies only aspire to – certifying and delivering highly regarded electric aircraft to customers around the world.
