Imperial Dade completed the acquisition of the Canadian business of Veritiv.

Imperial Dade, an independent distributor of foodservice packaging, chemicals, janitorial supplies, and equipment, completed the acquisition of the Canadian business of Veritiv, a business-to-business provider of packaging, publishing, and hygiene products.
