Apax Digital led a £175m investment in ClearBank.

Apax Digital, a fund focused on minority and buyout investments in high-growth enterprise technology and internet companies, led a £175m ($230m) investment in ClearBank, a provider of banking services intended to transform the clearing and agency banking experience, with participation from CFFI UK Ventures and PPF Financial Holdings. “ClearBank is the first proven and fully regulated cloud-native clearing bank in the UK for over 250 years.
