Tinicum-backed Dexter Magnetic Technologies to acquire Magnetic Component Engineering.

Tinicum-backed Dexter Magnetic Technologies, a single-source for optimized magnetic solutions, agreed to acquire Magnetic Component Engineering, a provider of high performance magnets.
