SHUAA Capital completed the acquisition of Souqalmal.

SHUAA Capital, an asset management and investment banking firm completed the acquisition of Souqalmal, an UAE based fintech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to join Souqalmal and Ambareen on their journey to becoming an interactive personal finance management platform.
