Nolan Capital, a private equity company, completed the acquistion of a majority stake in Water Engineering, a provider of industrial water treatment solutions and products, technical consultation and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Water Engineering’s performance and value proposition is a testament to the team, product offering and operation that David and Katie so successfully lead.
