iCapital, an online platform that unlatches the world of private equity, enabling institutions, and qualified investors, completed the acquisition of in-house feeder fund platform of Bank of Singapore, a private banking subsidiary of OCBC Bank, for $2bn. “This transaction is the culmination of a highly collaborative relationship with iCapital,” Leong Guan Lim, Bank of Singapore Global Head of Products.
