WaveDancer to acquire Knowmadics for $90m.

WaveDancer, a provider of information technology services, agreed to acquire Knowmadics, a software as a service platform, for $90m. “We are determined to provide industry leading, comprehensive device and data management and security solutions for government and commercial clients. The anticipated acquisition of Knowmadics builds on what we started when we acquired Gray Matters and will greatly expand our capabilities and our current customer base. Given the increased threat of state-sponsored cyber attacks against US commercial and government critical infrastructure, we think the timing and nature of our corporate transformation will position us well in the commercial and government marketplaces," Jamie Benoit, WaveDancer CEO.
