Trace One completed the merger with Selerant.

Trace One, the largest collaborative retail business platform for consumer-packaged goods, completed the merger with Selerant, a global provider of process-based product lifecycle management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This first strategic transaction marks a significant milestone for the company in our journey towards international expansion and growth.
