Fremman-backed Palex Medical to acquire Gada Group.

Fremman-backed Palex Medical, a distributor of high value-added MedTech equipment and solutions in Iberia, agreed to acquire Gada Group, a provider of innovative medical technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to this agreement, Palex will operate in the Italian market hand in hand with a great company with which we share the same ambition to lead innovation for the healthcare sector.
