Wynnchurch Capital completed the acquisition of El Mar Ventures and Advanced Industrial Technologies.

Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of El Mar Ventures and Advanced Industrial Technologies, providers specialty valves, pneumatic actuators and gears.
