Optum completed the acquisition of Refresh Mental Health from Kelso & Company.

Optum, an American pharmacy benefit manager and health care provider, completed the acquisition of Refresh Mental Health, a mental health company, from Kelso & Company, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Optum and Refresh Mental Health are excited to expand effective behavioral care to patients through a more coordinated health system," Optum.
