Apleona to acquire Siemens Gebäudemanagement.

Apleona, a European company for integrated facility management, agreed to acquire Siemens Gebäudemanagement, a provider of building management services. Financial terms weren't disclosed. “SGS strengthens our market position in Austria. With its focus on technical services, it fits seamlessly into our core business and ideally complements the Apleona business model, which is strongly anchored in the DACH region. We can now serve customers in Austria even better who are looking for integrated FM services from a single source and, in particular, technical services they do themselves," Jochen Keysberg, Apleona CEO.
