CIDAN Machinery completed the acquisition of Thalmann Maschinenbau.

CIDAN Machinery, a firm manufacturing machines, completed the acquisition of Thalmann Maschinenbau, a manufacturer of metal folding machinery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Martin Thalmann and I are very pleased that with CIDAN, as the new owner of Thalmann, we will safeguard the long-term future of the employees and location in Frauenfeld.
