Hellman & Friedman-backed AutoScout24, an online platform for new and used cars, agreed to acquire a majority stake in AUTOproff, a platform to sell and buy used cars. Financial terms were not disclosed. "AUTOproff is the perfect addition to AutoScout24's offering. AUTOproff was founded by car dealers for car dealers and provides first class solutions for trade-in and B2B transactions.
