Lunar to acquire Instabank for €132m.

Lunar, a financial technology company, offered to acquire Instabank, a provider of banking services, for €132m ($142m). If the shareholders accept Lunar’s offer to acquire Instabank, Lunar's position as the leading financial challenger across banking, payments and investments in the Nordics will be cemented.
