Henderson Park Capital completed the acquisition of Naples Grand Hotel from Northwood Investors for $218m.

Henderson Park Capital, a private equity real estate manager, completed the acquisition of Naples Grand Hotel, an independent luxury hotel set, from Northwood Investors, a vertically-integrated real estate company, for $218m. The Naples Grande, which is operating as usual with rooms starting at $773 per night, is at 475 Seagate Drive in Naples and has 395 standard rooms and 29 tower suites with 50 villas. There are seven restaurants/bars, 12 spa rooms and three pools spread across 23 acres.
