Adani Group to acquire a minority stake in Quintillion from Quint Digital Media.

Adani Group, a commodity trading business, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Quintillion, a digital business news platform, from Quint Digital Media, a digital media company. Financial terms are not disclosed. The transaction is the first bet of Gautam Adani, Adani Group Founder and Chairman, in news industry.
