Swiss investors, Sara and Christoph Hürlimann and Peter Huber completed the acquisition of Werap Group, a provider of industrial electronics. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under new ownership, the Werap Group will continue to pursue its growth strategy as an independent group of companies under the leadership of the existing CEO.
