TA Associates to acquire TouchTunes from Searchlight Capital Partners and Newlight Partners.

TA Associates, a global growth private equity firm, agreed to acquire TouchTunes, an in-venue, interactive music and entertainment platform, from private equity firms Searchlight Capital Partners and Newlight Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "TA is highly impressed with the deep commitment TouchTunes has to creating a high-quality music experience.
