Semcon to acquire Goodpoint.

Semcon, an international technology compan, agreed to acquire Goodpoint, a Swedish sustainability consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy to welcome Goodpoint to the Semcon family. This is a long-awaited addition and completely in line with our strategic focus going forward. Through our combination of sustainability expertise and innovative technology, we cover the entire life cycle for sustainable product and production development,” Markus Granlund, Semcon President and CEO.
