Suncor Energy, Petroles Cadeko and Groupe F. Dufresne to acquire Les Pétroles Alcasyna.

Suncor Energy, a sustainable energy company, Petroles Cadeko, an owner of service stations, store networks and restaurants, and Groupe F. Dufresne, an owner of companies under multiple brands in the restaurant, home-comfort and transportation logistics sectors, agreed to acquire Les Pétroles Alcasyna, a food retail company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
