Arcus Infrastructure Partners to acquire Opus Bilprovning from Searchlight Capital Partners.

Arcus Infrastructure Partners, an independent infrastructure fund manager, agreed to acquire Opus Bilprovning, a vehicle inspection business in Sweden, from Searchlight Capital Partners, a private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are extremely pleased to announce our investment in Opus Bilprovning, which marks the ninth investment in AEIF2, and is a strong fit with our investment strategy of targeting mid-market, value-add infrastructure businesses in Europe.
