ADQ to acquire Unifrutti.

ADQ, a Abu Dhabi wealth fund, agreed to acquire Unifrutti, a producer and distributor of fresh fruits and vegetables. Financial terms were not disclosed. The proposed investment will help Unifrutti expand its global footprint and bolster the food security of the United Arab Emirates, of which Abu Dhabi is the capital.
