Vintage Investimentos, an investment management firm, and Fractal Asset, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Ecom Energia, a company that provides services in independent electricity trades and experts in implementing instruments. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are teaming up with strategic partners.
