The management of EET Group to acquire EET Group from Pamplona Equity Partners.

The management of EET Group, CEO Søren Drewsen and CFO Jan Iversen, agreed to acquire EET Group, a distributor of IT components and solutionsfrom Pamplona Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to complete a transaction that supports EET’s ongoing development and best serves the interests of all our constituents. We wish Søren, Jan and the rest of the EET team the best of luck in continuing to develop the Company; they have done a fantastic job in growing EET to where it is today,” Martin Schwab, Pamplona Managing Partner.
