Radius to acquire Keystone Insurance.

Radius, a provider of fleet payment processing services and telematics, agreed to acquire Keystone Insurance, an operator of an insurance agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition gives us an exciting opportunity to grow the Radius Insurance business within the Republic of Ireland. This will enable us to provide an insurance offering to new and existing customers from the wider Radius group. It follows on from the successful acquisitions of UK-based commercial brokers, Burley and Milestone in the last eighteen months and I am looking forward to growing the Radius Insurance brand and product offering outside of the UK," Bill Holmes, Radius CEO.
