Andera Partners and Bpifrance-backed Orest, a designer and manufacturer of jewelry, agreed to acquire BD Product, a manufacturer of precious metals jewelry pieces. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy that BD Product and the Duffait family are joining our Group.
