Epiris to acquire Inchcape Shipping Services from Dubai World and Istithmar.

Epiris, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Inchcape Shipping Services, a provider of maritime, cargo and supply chain management services, from Dubai World, an investment company, and Istithmar, a global investment company.
