Salesforce completed the acquisition of Phennecs.

Salesforce, a designer and developer of enterprise software that provides a technology platform for customers and developers to build and run business applications, completed the acquisition of Phennecs, a provider of privacy, compliance and data management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Phennecs and Salesforce have enjoyed a multi-year OEM partnership with products co-developed and sold exclusively through Salesforce.
