Acrysil completed the acquisition of Sylmar Technology for $14m.

Acrysil, a global manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Sylmar Technology, a bathroom and kitchen worktop maker, for $14m. “The business could not be in better hands. The synergies and strategies of both companies are perfectly aligned, the acquisition is great news for the company, staff and more importantly our partners," Peter Holt, Sylmar Managing Director.
