RLog Investimentos completed the acquisition of Uello.

RLog Investimentos, a company controlled by Lojas Renner, completed the acquisition of Uello, a developer of a logistics application. Financial terms were not disclosed. Uello will continue to be a self-employed business, serving other corporate customers and selling its software as a service. The approximately 150 employees will be maintained, and managers will have incentives linked to performance metrics.
