Accent Equity, an investment fund, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Norcospectra, a specialist within tailor made interior solutions for commercial spaces, from SEB Private Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy to get Accent Equity onboard and we believe they will be a great partner for the coming years.
