Accent Equity to acquire a majority stake in Norcospectra from SEB Private Equity.

Accent Equity, an investment fund, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Norcospectra, a specialist within tailor made interior solutions for commercial spaces, from SEB Private Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy to get Accent Equity onboard and we believe they will be a great partner for the coming years. With their support we will get access to more resources when it comes to boosting growth, creating new sustainable solutions and developing our digital offering," Ove Opseth, Norcospectra CEO.
