A&M Capital Partners-backed Worldwise, a pet supplies platform, completed the acquisition of Pet Factory, a provider of pet toys. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are a different business today than we were six months ago, thanks to the continued success of our M&A strategy in bolstering the Worldwise platform with innovative brands, products and production capabilities that meet the highest standards of both quality and safety," Kevin Fick, Worldwise CEO.
