Crossplane Capital completed the acquistion of Hunter Leasing.

Crossplane Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquistion of Hunter Leasing, a company which provides safety critical blast resistant building rental solutions including delivery, installation and building maintenance. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Crossplane is thrilled about its partnership with Hunter's founders and the management team and employees leading Hunter Leasing. The buildings and service that Hunter provides are critical to the operations of our customers.
