HIG Capital-backed Highbourne Group, a distributor of plumbing, heating, and bathroom products, completed the acquisition of Plumbworld, an e-commerce specialists for bathroom. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The integration of Plumbworld into the Highbourne Group is an exciting new chapter for our business.
